Truck Type: Sleeper Only

Only full OTR sleeper trucks qualify.

Aeternum is a long-haul, multi-day operation, you must be able to run true OTR without limitations.

PAY: 70 PERCENT OF GROSS

  • Truck Requirements
    • Sleeper truck only — no day cabs, no hotshots
    • 2014 or newer preferred
    • Must pass DOT inspection
    • No body damage, missing parts, or unsafe components
    • Functional electrical, emissions, brakes, and safety systems
    • Reliable tires, air lines, and lighting
    • Must be truly OTR-ready

    Trailer Requirements
    • 53’ dry van or reefer (owner provided)
    • DOT compliant
    • No holes, leaks, or floor damage
    • Fully functional ABS, brakes, and lights
    • Trailer doors must seal properly

    Tech Requirements
    • ELD required
    • Reliable GPS
    • Ability to submit BOL/POD same-day

    Base Pay: 70 percent of gross load revenue

    All operators start at 70% of gross.

    Monthly Increase: +1% per month

    Every full month you run under Aeternum, your percentage increases by one point, as long as you meet compliance, communication, and on-time requirements.

    Top Tier: 76 percent of gross by Month 6

    If you run consistently for six months, maintain clean logs, and uphold professional standards, you will reach the maximum rate of 76 percent.

    This applies to all accessorials as well:

    • 70–76% of detention
    • 70–76% of layover
    • 70–76% of TONU
    • 70–76% of driver assist fees

    This structure rewards loyalty, safety, and consistency, and is one of the most competitive percentage programs in the industry.
